Using a Microsoft Office program (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) then Click File and then Click Options. Name the project Translator and click OK. Expand Templates, Visual C#, Office/SharePoint ,Web add-ins. You will have to obtain the product key from within your Microsoft Account if you're using a retail version of Office 2013 or 2016.
To activate Office with the new product key, execute cscript ospp.vbs /act Restart the Office application and Office will be activated.
